The national police uses 20 smart cars to detect traffic violations and eight more are to be put on the roads soon, the head of the General Inspectorate of Police, Viorel Cernăuțeanu, told Teleradio-Moldova. He said that, at this stage, no sanctions are applied for most types of violations fixed to carry out an analysis of these cases.
